📦 Return Eligibility

If you decide to proceed with a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Final sale items
    • Accessories (unless defective)
    • Worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.
We’ll gladly offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement (no return needed)

2. Size / Fit / Preference Issues
If the item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite your style:

  • You can request a return within 14 days.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days, and if approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


💰 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
